Can I use my listing photos on my website?

Yes, but you may only use them to market the specific property for purposes of selling or renting that property. The images may not be used for persistent branding without written approval from Bayer Creative Imaging. In general, we suggest using our “Branding Photography” services for your brand marketing needs.

Real Estate Photography vs Branding Photography: All Real Estate photography is licensed to the agent for marketing purposes of the associated property for the term of the listing. The photo licensing is non-transferrable to other agents without written request and approval. For photo use beyond marketing of the associated property, such as general marketing and branding of a real estate agency, personal agent branding, persistent use on a website, print materials, etc, please use our Branding Photography services.

Branding Photography is licensed to the client for the specific use of persistent branding, social media marketing, both digital and print use and our photographers and editors put forth extra attention to detail to design the images to conform with your brand image.

Matterport

How long will my Matterport tour be viewable?

Your tour will be viewable from the date of publishing (typically the day after the photo shoot) up until 6 months, or the end of the listing (whichever comes first). If you need your tour extended beyond 6 months, please contact us for a low-fee renewal.

I love my house, can I keep my Matterport tour forever?

Yes, we can help transfer the tour over to your ownership once the listing has expired and the transaction is complete. Please get in touch with us at that time. There may be a small fee to transfer ownership.
